View our website at https://harmonyjewellers.ca (https://harmonyjewellers.ca/) As one of our Service and Repair Associate you will be responsible for the following: * Process and manage jewellery repairs through Integrated Inventory Control and Point of Sale System. * Ensure proper entry and completion of jobs * Complete repair pickups * Call or Text customer with completed repair and ensure the cost and retail prices are accurate * Call or Text customer with jewellery estimates for Grimsby repairs * Follow up with customers regarding repair estimates * Provide detailed jewellery repairs and communicate between our two locations * Process completed repairs from outside jewellers * Follows all security protocols * Contribute to providing a positive environment for all team members to prosper and grow * Willingness to learn new tasks and support team members throughout all aspects of the company
