NOC Job Code/Title: 1311 – accounting technician · Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent · Wage: $28. 00$31. 00/hour (depending on experience) · Number of Positions: 1 · 10 days paid vacation per year Job Duties: · Maintain financial records and establish, and balance various accounts · Calculate and prepare payrolls, utility bills, tax, and other bills · Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements · Post journal entries, prepare trial balance of books, and maintain general ledgers · Prepare and submit tax returns and other government documents · Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports Job requirements: · Experience: 23 years of experience as a financial or accounting clerk are required · Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
