Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solicitor to join our legal team. The successful candidate will assist with commercial transactions including commercial real estate, private lending, leasing, and corporate restructuring. We offer a competitive compensation package, commensurate with experience and performance.
Job Type: Full-time in person
Salary: $95,000.00-$110,000.00 per year and singing bonus of $3,000 if you can start right away.

Required Experience:
- BC Solicitor of minimum 2 years of call.
- Experience drafting shareholder agreements, contracts of purchase and sale for share and asset transactions, and commercial leases.
- Experience drafting corporate resolutions for share transfers, restructuring, and exit of shareholders.
- Experience with BC Registries, BC Online, LTSA, LOTR, and a corporate minutebook management software such as Appara.
- Experience conducting due diligence in real estate acquisitions.
License /Certification:
- Law Society of BC (required)
