Responsibilities:
- Foster a dynamic, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for multi-level classrooms
- Design meaningful learning experiences that support student growth
- Build strong relationships to support individual and collective success
- Demonstrate a growth mindset and actively participate in professional development to learn the Tamim model and curriculum
- Adapt and innovate to meet the diverse needs of students
- Champion a whole-child approach that promotes student agency and metacognition
- Support the school’s development through initiative, communication, and collaboration
Qualifications:
- Valid BC teaching certificate
- Classroom teaching experience (Montessori or multi-level classroom experience an asset)
