You’ll be an essential part of a team that values strategic thinking, constant improvement, hard work, and of course having fun doing it You must be able to work in the North American time zone. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts through Slack and for ad hoc check-in calls Create the strategy for what kind of campaigns and flows to deploy Look at the data to figure out the constraints and improve revenue the rest of the metrics Optimize deliverability so that the emails deliver Build out segments so that the right people see the right message at the right time Write the copy using our detailed AI process (cuts down 80% – 90% of the time) Manage email production process end-to-end through ideation handoff to design, email build and scheduling, segmentation, and deployment Researching new industry trends and ideas for improving design and layout skills Qualifications: Must be able to work in the North American time zone At least two years of experience in email marketing At least one year of experience managing Email SMS accounts and providing strategy Client relationship management experience Excellent communication and analytical skills Proactive problem-solver mindset, heavy attention to detail, and flawless execution of all assigned tasks Ability to think strategically, work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Lots of room for growth and look forward to meeting you
