Kent Employment Law is a progressive, boutique employment law firm with 4 locations throughout British Columbia – Victoria, Vancouver, Surrey, & Kelowna. We are also proud to be the first Canadian law firm to be certified as a B Corp, after undergoing a rigorous assessment of our social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. We are currently looking for a lawyer to join our team of creative and dynamic litigators (either remotely or out of one of our offices).

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of litigation experience, with at least two of those in the field of employment law, an established employment law client base and the skills and temperament needed to manage a busy caseload in a fast-paced environment. They will also share our firm’s values and the commitment to use business as a force for good – individually, socially, and environmentally.
