Job description:Are you seeking a flexible position that offers a hybrid work model and competitive compensation? We are looking for an experienced Lawyer who can work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Duties:<ul><li>Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases.</li><li>Represent clients in dealings with Canadian immigration authorities.</li><li>Assist clients with visa applications, ITCs, and permanent residency processes.</li><li>Provide expert guidance on immigration pathways, strategies, and policies.</li><li>Stay abreast of changes in immigration law and policy.</li></ul>
Skills:<ul><li>Expertise in legal writing and drafting.</li><li>Strong analytical and research capabilities.</li><li>Excellent negotiation skills.</li></ul>
<br>License/Certification:<ul><li>Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia (required).</li><li>JD or LLB degree from a Canadian Law School (required).</li></ul>
Job Type: Full-time
