What are the Responsibilities?
Lead & Execute
• Drive success on large-scale AV projects, managing on-site activities and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to keep resources aligned and timelines on track.
• Install and configure advanced AV systems, think theaters, arenas, control rooms, and more.
Be the Expert
• Serve as the primary technical representative on-site, providing guidance and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct rigorous testing and quality checks to guarantee top-tier performance and safety.
Mentor & Inspire
• Train and support junior technicians, sharing best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
• Build a skilled, confident team that delivers excellence every time.
Solve & Support
• Tackle complex technical challenges with creativity and precision.
• Provide post-installation support, user training, and documentation to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
What are the Requirements?
• Experience: 2–5 years in the AV industry, with at least 2 years in field services.
• Certifications: AVIXA CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D, or manufacturer-specific training (preferred).
• Technical Mastery: Expertise in AV systems, video conferencing, control systems (Crestron, AMX, Extron), audio systems, and structured cabling.
• Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and manage technical teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and a knack for creative solutions.
• Communication: Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
• Other Requirements: Valid Class 5 driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and travel as needed.
