Holy Cross Regional High School is currently looking to hire a Learning Resource Teacher to join the established team of special needs teachers and SEA’s.

The candidate chosen will be working directly with the other Resource Teachers to develop IEP’s, assign SEA’s and coordinate student programming.

Candidates with previous experience and training will be prioritized. However, the school is willing to work with interest candidates willing to attend training or course work to develop their skills. The position is full time and begins in September 2024.

The school was established by the Vancouver Archdiocese in1982 and now shares the property with St.

Matthew’s Parish and Elementary School. Holy Cross is the largest Catholic school in the diocese and is located in North Surrey approximately 5 minutes from the Port Mann Bridge off Hwy 1. The school is known for its strong sense of community and supportive culture. Holy Cross is currently in the process of building Phase 1 of a new building, scheduled for completion in Spring 2025.

The staff operates on a team based approach with several built in mechanisms to provide support and consistency in all areas of student support. The extracurricular program is extensive and well balanced especially in the areas of athletics and music.
