Your New Role
As
Leasing Coordinator , you’ll play a central role in keeping lease administration, tenant coordination, and documentation running smoothly across all stages of the leasing process. Reporting to the Director of Leasing & Asset Management, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure offers, agreements, reporting, and turnovers are handled with accuracy and timeliness. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in commercial leasing while contributing to a landmark real estate project with deep purpose and momentum.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
A minimum of
3 years of experience
in commercial real estate, real estate development, business administration, or paralegal services
A strong working knowledge of
commercial lease documentation, terms, and administration
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel), Adobe, and DocuSign
Experience using
Yardi
is an asset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
A proactive, team-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
A passion for delivering high-quality work and building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
