THE MONEY:
- Above market hourly rate for licensed electricians
- Paid every Friday (yes, every single Friday)
- Efficiency bonus: 40-hour job done right in 35? Get paid for 42 hours
THE DAILY REALITY:
- 7 AM: Coffee ready, materials staged by unit
- Clear electrical plans, not sketch-on-a-napkin drawings
- Laborers bring materials as you need them
- Site super who speaks electrician
- Real bathrooms, actual lunch area
- No cleaning up drywall guys' mess
We build the same 4-12 unit apartments repeatedly. Once you know our layouts, you'll fly through rough-ins. Panel locations, circuit runs, device placement - all standardized. Multi-unit residential work, steady 40+ hours a week within 90 mins of HRM.
WHAT WE NEED:
- Licensed electrician (journeyman or Red Seal)
- 5+ years in multi-unit residential
- Own hand tools and meter
- Quality work that passes inspection first time
- Show up consistently
