*Litigation Associate*
*Parlee McLaws LLP* has an opening for a *Litigation Associate with 4+ years of experience* to join our dynamic litigation group in our *downtown Edmonton office*. Our firm has a rich history of providing exceptional legal services to our clients for well over a century, and we are excited welcome a dedicated and talented individual to our team.
We are seeking a candidate with *specific experience *and *interest in handling general litigation *matters*, *as well as *property, personal injury, *and *other liability insured matters. *
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Current, active member in good standing with the Alberta Law Society
* Experience with insurance clients, reporting, conducting Questionings, and independent file load / management
* Solid oral and written advocacy skills and experience
* Clear and effective communication
* Commitment to managing work and client relationships
* Commitment to working with our team and to building strong internal and external relationships
* Court experience
This individual will be *enthusiastic about being engaged in active, hands-on litigation* for our clients. We offer a competitive renumeration package and a great work environment.
