- Collect and deliver waste to transfer stations, compost facilities, or landfills efficiently.
- Provide reliable, high-quality service to ensure community health and safety.
- Follow company policies, safety regulations, municipal by-laws, and environmental standards.
- Work 44 hours/week with flexible hours, including occasional holidays and Saturdays.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Demonstrate teamwork, strong communication, and customer service skills.
- Be energetic, productive, and safety-conscious.
