<p><b>The Opportunity: </b></p><p><br></p><p>We are currently seeking <b>Longhole Blasters</b> to join our Mining Client in Timmins, Ontario. This is a full-time permanent position working a rotational schedule of 14x14 and offering comprehensive benefits.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities: </b></p><p><br></p><p>This individual will demonstrate the skills to prepare for long-hole blast following: </p><p><br></p><ul><li>Cleaning and loading prints, </li><li>Selecting blasting agents, </li><li>Operating loading equipment, </li><li>Loading holes and determining firing sequence, </li><li>Blasting the face and perform other duties as required and assigned by the supervisor.</li><li>All tasks must be completed following company procedures, government regulations and manufacturer specifications.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Requirements: </b></p><p><br></p><ul><li><b>Must</b> have a working knowledge and experience in Long Hole Blasting</li><li>Promotes safety and follows company procedures.</li><li>Ability to work safely and productively and to safely direct the activities of less skilled employees.</li><li>Ability to understand and follow instructions.</li><li>the candidate must live in the Timmins area or be willing to travel and work rotation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>How to Apply:</b></p><p><br></p><p>Interested applicants can forward a resume to melodie@nesworks.com </p><p>Please include the job title in the subject line.</p>
