M1/M2 Licensed AME

Are you an M1/M2 Licensed AME looking for an exciting new opportunity? JMC Aviation are working with an industry leading aircraft manufacturer in Calgary, AB. This a permanent position working in a production environment.

Duties within this role are as follows:

• Qualified to assist in systems installation tasks under the guidance of a licensed Maintenance Technician in a production environment.
• Possess a fundamental understanding of standard practices and mechanical systems, with the ability to accurately interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, wiring diagrams, system schematics, engineering orders, test documents, and manufacturer’s installation instructions.
• Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment, including powerplants, flight controls, hydraulics, landing gear, and electrical systems.
• Perform system checks and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Ensure the accuracy and traceability of all parts removed or installed on aircraft.

A successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

• Must hold or be working towards a current AME “M” Transport Canada license or possess relevant experience.
• Capable of working efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a production environment is desirable.
• Right to work in Canada.
