<p>Job Summary<br><br>We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our dynamic repair team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with manual machines . As well as proficiency in operating various machining equipment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to producing high-quality repairs, excellent workmanship with great attention to detail.</p><p>Duties</p><ul><li>Operate manual lathe and milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining processes.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of machined parts using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure adherence to quality standards.</li><li>Collaborate with team members in assembly processes, utilizing hand tools and power tools as needed.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li><li>Operate forklifts safely for the movement of materials within the facility.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Proven experience as a machinist or in a similar repair role.</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various machining equipment.</li><li>Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.</li><li>Basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.</li><li>Experience with welding is a plus but not required.</li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
