Maintenance Person Required

Looking for mature, responsible, bondable person for property maintenance in Kensington, N. W. Calgary. Regular hours before work in the early morning, and some weekend hours required.

Starting immediately. Duties include but are not limited to: site visits and security checks of properties, some snow removal (we have professional snow removal so just touch ups and distribution of salt and gravel), garbage pick up, painting, grafitti removal, light bulb changing, flower planting, assorted general handy jobs. Professional behavior a must. $25 per hour min.
