CASA is looking for an administrative guru to take on our newly established Manager, Clinical Administration position. This role will lead our administrative staff from our Receptionists to our Physician Support Specialists, and will play a crucial part of shaping a brighter future for children, youth and families that we serve. Job Details Salary range: $85,280 – $128,960 Shift structure: Monday to Friday, 7.25 hrs/day Primary location: Multi-site Union: Out of Scope FTE: 1.00 Status: Permanent About the Role Reporting to the Director, Clinical Operations, the Manager, Clinical Administration provides day to day leadership to a team of clinical administrative professionals located at and serving the various CASA sites across Alberta.

The Manager, Clinical Administration will provide leadership to the administrative team and complete a variety of functions including; budgeting, training and development and human resources. The Manager, Clinical Administration will incorporate evidence informed, best practice models into administrative practice to ensure care remains consistent with CASA policies, procedures, and strategic and operational plans. The Manager, Clinical Administration will: Work with the Director, Clinical Operations to facilitate the development of a high functioning clinical administrative teams Ensure high quality record data entry through our electronic medical record (EMR) of information entered by direct reports Ensure workload distribution in the context of program needs and staff skill set In partnership with Clinical Practice and Information Privacy, assesses and monitors standards of practice and the adherence to CASA policies and procedures, relevant legislation and Acts for the clinical administrative staff Ensures staff are trained and adhere to CASA policy and practice regarding data collection and documentation Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, off boarding and termination clinical administrative staff Lead the planning and implementation of administrative training opportunities that may extend to the whole organization in concert with the Clinical Practice department Ensure the development and maintenance of administrative competency and procedures Assist with student placements and coordination of student practicums within the administrative team to support a positive learning and teaching environment Qualifications Management diploma or degree is preferred.

A comparable combination of education and experience will be considered 5 years related experience in a management role Demonstrated leadership ability, with excellent organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills Ability to work autonomously, independently and to prioritize work activities Demonstrated ability to adapt to new or unexpected situations, flexibility in approach to interpersonal situations Commitment to quality improvement processes Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
