Manager, Digital Product Optimization

Our client is seeking a strategic and user-focused Digital Product Optimization Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for leading optimization initiatives that enhance user experience and drive measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong background in UX, digital product management, and conversion optimization. They will bring a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving digital experiences through data-driven decision-making.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Specialists focused on usability and conversion improvements
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement, retention, and product performance
  • Manage quarterly project plans and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with Legal, Design, Development, Revenue Operations, and QA teams
  • Ensure smooth execution of projects through all phases of development
  • Identify and remove blockers to maintain team productivity
  • Use data and user insights to refine products and improve KPIs
  • Evaluate new features and services for strategic fit
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and team growth
  • Drive workflow improvements and document best practices
Your strengths include:
  • Post-secondary education in Communications, Business, Marketing, Psychology, Design, Law, or related fields
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong project management and coaching skills
  • Ability to balance short-term execution with long-term strategic goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Understanding of consumer psychology, online marketing, and conversion optimization
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in UX writing and user-centered design
