Overview:

A mid-sized publicly traded company is seeking a Manager of Financial Reporting to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years Accounting firm experience and 2+ years industry experience with preparing public company financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing IFRS public company financial statements: Manage and prepare IFRS public company financial statements;

Variance Analysis; Reviewing prior period analysis and trend analysis and providing analysis;

IFRS new standards; Lead research and implementation of new IFRS standards;

Managing the external audit; Including review, design and testing of controls;

Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5+ years of public company financial reporting experience alongside 2+ years industry experience in a similar role;

CPA Designation: Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
