Job Description:

Responsibilities of the Manager, Financial Reporting (IFRS) will be to:

Assist in the preparation, coordination and analysis of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and notes including preparation of internal management reports and external reporting

Prepare and post monthly consolidation journal entries

Supervise, mentor and develop co-op students

Maintain and adhere to established SOX internal controls, modify/update as required

Meet established internal and external deadlines to ensure timely financial reporting

Complete analysis on various consolidation financial statement accounts

Enhance and continuously improve the consolidated reporting process, including opportunities to reduce cycle time, as appropriate

TMGCT

Job Requirements:

CPA designation

Big 4 firm experience

IFRS and mining industry knowledge is an asset

3+ years of related work experience is an asset

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

SAP, OneStream and Workiva experience an asset
