The KPMG Microsoft Practice is looking for candidates passionate about helping organizations leverage Microsoft 365 to modernize processes, apps, information management, information protection, collaboration, and employee experience for the hybrid workplace. We seek driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced technical consulting and implementation environment.

What You Will Do

• Work closely with clients to understand their problems and advise on strategies and solutions for the modern workplace.
• Lead solution architecture discussions for Modern Workplace solutions, including project scoping, effort estimation, and resource planning.
• Lead presales activities, including proposals and crafting M365 solution responses to business challenges.
• Deliver projects through proposal development, planning, research, business analysis, process redesign, assessments, and digital transformation using M365 features.
• Manage time efficiently across multiple clients and projects of varying scope and complexity.
• Champion personal growth and stay updated on relevant trends, technologies, and strategies.

What You Bring To The Role

• 7-10 years of consulting experience with leading systems integrators or consulting firms.
• 5-7 years of advanced knowledge of M365 and integrated solutions.
• Experience leading deal pursuits and developing opportunities.
• Facilitation skills for workshops and requirements gathering for M365 solutions.
• Proficiency in designing, configuring, and implementing M365-based business solutions.
• Experience with information architectures, governance, and enterprise information management using M365 technologies like Viva, Purview, Syntex.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Information Protection & Governance, eDiscovery, Retention, Sensitivity Labels.
• Client-facing experience across various industries, familiarity with Agile and user-centric design is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal.
• Nice to have: experience with Microsoft Viva and Power Platform.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range

The base salary range is $101,000 to $127,000, potentially with bonuses. Salary depends on location, skills, and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
