As the Manager of Finance & Administration, you will play a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial health and administrative functions. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position ensures strong financial management, HR administration, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and human resources support while implementing best practices to optimize organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Oversee the full accounting cycle, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly statements and year-end financials.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow to support the organization’s financial sustainability and align with its goals.
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, acting as the primary contact for external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, grant requirements, financial policies, and reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures and financial process improvements.
- Act as a signing authority for financial transactions and contracts.
