Manufacturing Project Coordinator

Bradken is seeking a dedicated entry level Manufacturing Project Coordinator to drive continuous improvement, R&D, and production projects. This role ensures projects stay on track and within budget by organizing departmental projects, communicating with stakeholders, and meticulously scheduling activities. 

About the Role:
As a Manufacturing Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Site Manager to develop and implement standardized processes across sites, while continuously improving existing processes and performance metrics.

This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive, innovative environment. You’ll engage with cross-functional teams, learn from industry experts and global teams, and contribute to projects that drive continuous improvement and operational success.



This position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with no more than 4-5 years of experience. It does not require senior or managerial experience but offers a great opportunity for someone looking to transition from an assistant or analyst role into a coordination position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement using tools such as MS Project and Excel, while collaborating with leadership and teams to ensure project alignment with operational goals.
  • Monitor progress, balance resources, and optimize site performance.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to keep projects on track and within budget.

  • The role is on-site based in Edmonton – (9624 -35 Avenue NW, Edmonton Alberta, Canada). 


    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Business, Engineering, Sales, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Entry or mid-level experience in project management, planning or coordinating large group projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of process improvement and standardization is desirable.
  • Experience in manufacturing, foundry, or metal-mechanical industries is a plus but not mandatory.
