Position: Market Risk Project Manager
Duration: 9/30/26 (Possibility of extension or conversion)
Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid – 3 days/Week Onsite)
The role will be part of a core central Program Management Team charged with ensuring the timely execution of deliverables across all workstreams whilst imparting subject matter expertise and know-how.
The candidate must be an individual experienced in project management and with sufficient subject matter expertise in Markets products and business lines to be able to provide meaningful solutions that are functional and sustainable.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Senior Capital Markets transformation and PMO role focused on delivering regulatory, risk, audit, and control initiatives.
- Requires strong knowledge of FICC products and regulatory capital, effective coordination across front-to-back stakeholders, proactive risk and issue management, and continuous engagement with senior leadership.
- Responsible for driving governance approvals, managing cross-initiative dependencies, producing clear executive reporting, and building strong collaborative relationships to ensure successful program execution.
Key Skills Required:
- Senior Capital Markets professional with extensive experience leading front-office-driven regulatory initiatives, including deep understanding of derivatives trading, risk, and P&L flows.
- Proven track record in strategic project management and delivering complex transformation programs, with strong capability in defining, prioritizing, and executing large-scale initiatives.
- Highly effective communicator with the authority to influence senior stakeholders, drive global business change, design target-state solutions, and apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
