Marketing Manager for Rumble Brands

Rumble is a high-growth video streaming platform that is creating the rails and independent infrastructure designed to be immune to cancel culture. Rumble’s mission is to restore the Internet to its roots by making it free and open once again.


The Rumble Brand Marketing Manager will spearhead our marketing efforts on Rumble to elevate the brand’s presence in the digital media space. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends. You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns aimed at increasing user engagement, attracting new creators, and promoting exclusive Rumble brands products. The ideal candidate is a dynamic marketer passionate about shaping the future of digital media and fostering a vibrant community of content creators and viewers.

This role will be a hybrid role based out of Vancouver, BC with four (4) days per week in the office and one flex day per week worked remotely.


Responsibilities

·     Works with a sense of urgency to complete projects.


  • Executes work with excellent written and spoken English

·     Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns that effectively communicate Rumble’s brand values and unique offerings to a broad audience.

·     Collaborate with content creators and influencers to amplify Rumble’s reach and drive platform engagement.

·     Leverage data analytics to gain insights into user behavior and preferences, tailoring marketing strategies to meet audience needs.


·     Oversee social media strategy, producing and ensuring consistent and engaging content across platforms to build community and brand loyalty.

·     Coordinate with the product development team to market new content.

·     Manage marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI on campaigns.


·     Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.

·     Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Rumble remains a leading video streaming platform.


Qualifications

·     Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

·     5+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in digital media or related industries.


·     Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, with experience in social media, content marketing, and data analytics.

·     Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·     Creative thinker with a passion for digital media and a keen interest in the evolving landscape of video streaming.


·     Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid changes in the industry.

·     Minimum of 3 years of experience in a CRO, digital marketing, or similar role with a proven track record of improving website conversion rates.

·     Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and web analytics tools.


·     Proficient in A/B testing tools and methodologies.

·     Excellent understanding of user experience (UX) principles and web design basics.

·     Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.


·     Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights in a clear, concise manner.
