Marketing Project Manager

This is a primarily remote role. Candidates must be in British Columbia to be considered for this role. In this role, you will be joining a growing marketing agency headquartered in Vancouver, BC.

You must be based in British Columbia to be considered for this position. You will oversee two teams (8 people in total), coordinate resources and successfully deliver marketing campaigns for their clients. You will use Zoho, Asana, and other internal tools to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Projects will be related to SEO and PPC / Paid Search campaigns, and you should be familiar with these. What you will do and how you will make an impact … You will oversee the entire project lifecycle for their SEO and PPC projects, from the initial planning phase to execution, monitoring, and closure. Expect to use platforms like Zoho and Asana on a daily basis.

In this role, you will: Lead the planning and execution of marketing projects. Develop and manage detailed project plans that include scope, budget, timeline, and deliverables. Manage client relationships and communication.

Ensure that all team members understand project objectives and meet their respective responsibilities. Monitor project progress, managing risks and issues, and ensuring that key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in a Marketing Project Manager / Account Manager / similar role.

Proven experience working with a marketing agency. Familiarity with SEO and PPC campaigns. Does this sound like it was written for you?.
