marketing vice-president

Overview

This is a high-level management position responsible for overseeing the organization’s operations and strategy.

Responsibilities

1. Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
2. Authorize and organize senior staff positions and establish financial and administrative controls
3. Coordinate work of regions, divisions or departments and establish objectives for the organization
4. Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions and select middle managers, directors or other executive staff
5. Prepare marketing plans and implement marketing activities, including online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions

Requirements

1. Master’s degree in Agribusiness/agricultural business operations or related field
2. 5 years or more experience in a similar role, with ability to relocate and work under pressure
3. Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Excel
4. Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal awareness and team player skills
