Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide therapeutic services aimed at promoting recovery, wellness, and pain management. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of helping clients return to optimal function.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, customized massage therapy tailored to each client’s needs.
• Conduct detailed patient assessments to create individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic methods.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Educate clients on self-care techniques, stretching, and pain management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation.
• Ensure the clinic environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Stay current with advancements in the field of massage therapy and healthcare trends.
• Availability to work evenings and Saturdays is required.

Compensation

• Competitive hourly rate or commission split, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid CMTO license as a Massage Therapist.
• Proven experience in a variety of massage techniques, particularly deep tissue and trigger point therapy.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Excellent interpersonal and patient service skills, with a compassionate approach to care.
• Strong communication skills for educating clients and collaborating with the team.
• Ability to assess patient needs and deliver effective treatment plans.
