Who You Are
  • Creative Strategist & Marketer: You see the big picture. You don’t just buy media—you drive the creative strategy for your accounts, collaborating with designers and video editors to bring new concepts to life.
  • Data Miner: You proactively mine reviews, ad comments, and competitor activity to uncover new creative angles and conversion patterns.
  • Meta Advertising Pro: You understand Meta’s platform inside and out. You know when to leverage Meta’s algorithm for scale—and when to uncheck the boxes and override their underperforming suggestions to maintain control.
  • Analytical Optimizer: You analyze creative effectiveness using metrics like CTR, hook rate, hold rate, and CPA, iterating quickly to maximize results.
  • Account Owner: You take full ownership of your accounts—driving performance, removing bottlenecks, and ensuring the client’s goals are met.
  • Master Communicator: Communication is your superpower. You lead client conversations, clearly explain strategy and performance, and ensure everyone is aligned.
  • Collaborative Leader: You work hand-in-hand with creative teams, writing clear creative briefs and ensuring execution matches vision.

What You’ll Do
  • Own Creative Strategy: Lead the creative direction for your accounts—sourcing ideas, briefing creative teams, and iterating based on data and market trends.
  • Mine Data for Insights: Regularly analyze customer reviews, ad comments, and competitor ads to uncover new opportunities and creative concepts.
  • Balance AI & Human Judgment: Navigate Meta’s automation options, applying your judgment to decide when to trust the algorithm and when to take manual control.
  • Drive Results: Be fully accountable for your account’s performance—analyzing data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions.
  • Lead Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for your clients, providing clear updates, strategic recommendations, and transparent reporting.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with designers and video editors, providing detailed creative briefs and feedback to ensure top-quality output.
  • Test & Iterate: Develop and execute creative tests, using performance metrics to guide rapid iteration and improvement.
