Role Description As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the behavioral and mental health sciences, the Impact Advisor brings accessibility, clarity and practicality to all headversity ‘s digital training experiences.
Reporting to the Manager of Impact Advisors, this role is responsible for supporting product-led innovations with best-in-class consultancy, thought-leadership and presentations in the behavioral and mental health sciences. This is done through live sessions (on camera and/or in person), client-facing reporting summaries, marketing or enablement assets or other helpful delivery modes. This position will also contribute, cross-functionally, to the ongoing simplification of programmatic upskilling, outcome analysis, and otherwise complex subject matter. In short, the role is to work with your headversity teammates to advise headversity customers toward their strategic objectives in mental health.
Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Psychology, Mental Health, and Behavioral Health Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to design impact plans and review assessments Ability to work effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds and on unique mental health journeys Comfortable working in-office and remotely and using technology to communicate with customers and the team Preferred Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field Preferred Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor or related field is a plus
