Experience in automotive sales is an asset, but not required—we provide training for the right candidate. What matters most is your attitude, drive, and commitment to success.

Strong motivation to achieve monthly sales targets (new and pre-owned vehicles).
Positive, high-energy attitude with strong self-motivation.
Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and our BDC team.
Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
Confident presentation and product knowledge skills to showcase vehicle features.
Ability to set and maintain multiple customer appointments weekly.
Comfortable using computers, email, and internet tools.
Skilled in presenting purchase and lease options with confidence.
Determined closer with a focus on long-term customer relationships.
