Position: Mixer
Address: 271 Attwell Drive, Etobicoke, ON
Shift: Afternoon shift; 12pm to 8:30pm
Job Type: Full-Time
Perks:

- $0.50 Night Shift Premium (starting at 11PM and ending at 7AM)

As a Mixer at Bimbo Bakehouse, you will be:
- Combine all raw materials in proper sequence and sign-off to indicate each ingredient has been added and processed for the correct amount of time as outlined in the Mixing Sheet (Formula Sheet).
- Operate Semi-Automatic mixers – Spiral and Horizontal.
- Rotate mixed ingredients back and forth to the line being served.
- Keep the line supplied with ingredients while adhering to the pace set by the Supervisor.
- Complete and deliver all batch forms (Formula Sheet) to the Production Supervisor.
- Ensure your work area, tools and supplies, are organized and sanitary throughout the shift.
- Follow all GMP’s and Safety Procedures.
- Verify that all batches are produced on your shift.
- Ability to bend, pull, push and stand for long periods of time.
- Frequent heavy lifting of products up to up to 50-100lbs.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Must have High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to perform basic mathematical functions.
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English.
- Able to overtime as needed.
