Who are we?. Nationwide: Breezeful is Canada’s tech-enabled mortgage brokerage operating in British Columbia, Ontario, Alberta, New Brunswick, Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia. Our aim is to provide a convenient and efficient way for mortgage agents, mortgage brokers and submortgage brokers to build their business both in person and online.
Training: Breezeful Academy, Canada’s 1 brokerage training program, provides weekly live lessons covering topics like sales training, underwriting skills, and role-playing. Moreover, there’s a 12-week, step-by-step course guided by a top REMIC trainer. Underwriting Support: With a dedicated underwriting team at Breezeful, submortgage brokers and mortgage agents are not bothered with duplicated tasks when it comes to closing deals.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. You’ll be working on: Developing a loyal client base by providing exceptional mortgage advice.
Managing your own queue of leads with a high level of diligence. Providing the highest level of internal and external customer service. Qualifications: Holding a Mortgage License or a valid Mortgage Certificate by UBC is highly preferred.
Candidates without a certificate must be willing to enroll in the course within the first month. A successful track record in sales or customer service. Experience with Filogix and underwriting is an asset.
Compensation: 100% commission-based role. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00-$200,000.00 per year Additional pay: Commission pay. Benefits: Company events.
Flexible schedule. Work from home. Flexible language requirement: French not required.
