Identifying the mortgage options that are available to clients. Understanding and adapting to changes in mortgage options and following up with clients. Assisting clients with their needs such as debt consolidation, home renovations, mortgage renewals, etc. Providing transparent financial advice to clients.
Ensuring any inquiries are dealt with in a timely manner. Engaging clients to discover their needs and creating unique solutions. Staying informed of loan standards, laws, rules, and regulations Qualifications and Skills: Sub-Mortgage Broker license is required. Excellent networking and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of successfully structuring, negotiating, and closing deals. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable and motivated to work in a sales-driven environment. Strong attention to detail.
Flexible, adaptable, and keen ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with the professional code of ethics. Requirements: This is an in-person position; must be willing to work in the office a minimum of 40 hours Monday through Friday.
