Network Tech Support Analyst – Intermediate Level

Job Description: Infrastructure, Analyst, Network Technical Support 12 months contract Location: Calgary, Alberta Develop and perform implementation activities for projects Perform Quality Assurance activities including identifying and submitting network design issues to Engineering Participate in Follow-the-Sun (FTS) on-call rotation Primary contact for vendor TAC in support of operational problems Develop and maintain Technical Support processes and deliverables Develop and maintain a process for the hand-over of technology and service to Operations Develop and maintain Network Service Support Models Develop and maintain Operations Practices Develop and maintain workflow automation Other Responsibilities Assist with the development and maintenance of Network Service General Practices Network technology and service ISRMPs Network technology recommendations Network device OS recommendations Technology training program Network service strategy Device configuration standards Technical Skill Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years of Telecom Networking related experience with specialties in supporting one or more areas: Medium to large enterprise networking infrastructure/services.
