<h3>Opportunity Details</h3><p><strong><u>Neurohospitalist</u></strong></p><p><strong>Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch, FL - Gulf Coast</strong></p><p>Manatee Memorial Hospital and Lakewood Ranch Medical Center are seeking a highly skilled Neurohospitalist to provide exceptional inpatient services at both hospitals in Manatee County. The schedule for this position is 7 days on/7 days off. The ideal candidate must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in General Neurology and possess an active Florida medical license. We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.</p><p>As a Neurohospitalist, you will have the opportunity to treat a wide spectrum of neurological disorders and provide consultative neurology services to inpatients. The role requires proficiency in acute stroke care and the ability to work collaboratively with a support team, including clinical nurse specialists, stroke coordinators, and dedicated care management professionals. Comprehensive onsite neurosurgery services are available to support patient care needs.</p><ul><li><strong>Manatee Memorial Hospital:</strong> A 300-bed hospital offering emergency medicine, cardiac care, robotic-assisted surgery, weight-loss programs, orthopedic services, radiology, rehabilitation, respiratory care, sleep medicine, oncology, wound care, and women’s and children's care, including a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). With a medical staff comprising more than 800 physicians, residents, and allied health professionals, Manatee Memorial Hospital is committed to providing high-quality healthcare services to the community.</li><li><strong>Lakewood Ranch Medical Center:</strong> Located just two miles from I-75 on the border between Manatee and Sarasota counties, Lakewood Ranch Medical Center is a 120-bed acute care hospital offering emergency services, general and robotic surgery, maternity care, breast health, cardiology, orthopedic surgery, stroke care, sleep medicine, urology, and wound care.
