<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Office Administrator - Assistant.</p><p><br />All-Equip is a busy Truck and Trailer Service and Repair shop. Our Stratford shop is looking to hire an Office Administrator - Assistant. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of a team.<br><br>Please do not apply if you are not currently living in and eligible to work in Canada.<br><br>This is a part-time position, Year Round. Monday - Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm.<br><br>The successful applicant must be reliable and have an excellent work ethic.<br /><strong><br />Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Answering phones/first contact for customers.</li><li>Data entry - invoices, customer info, supplier info.</li><li><span >Receiving/recording</span> parts and supplies.</li><li>Verifying deliveries, moving small parts.</li><li>Billing/invoicing, using debit/credit machine.</li><li>Filing.</li><li>Light janitorial duties.</li><li>Ability to lift 25lbs.</li><li>Other duties as required, may require working in different departments.</li></ul><p><br /><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Computer literate.
