Office Manager – Peak Improvements (Edmonton, AB)

Peak Improvements, a leading home renovation company in Edmonton, is looking for an Office Manager to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do:
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
- Preparing bank deposits, processing accounts payable/receivable.
- Supporting our bookkeeper with QuickBooks and GST reporting.
- Assisting project managers with orders, deliveries, and timelines.
- Posting photos and updates to Facebook, Instagram, and Houzz.
- Using tools like QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, UDA Construction Online, and Teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in administration or office management.
- Strong QuickBooks experience (online or desktop would be an asset).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- A positive team player who values accountability and long-term growth.
What We Offer:
- Hourly wage: $22–$30, based on experience.
- Monday–Friday schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM. With some flexibility for hours
