Schedule: On-Call (Morning, Evening, and Night Shifts)
Pay Rate: $17 – $19/hour (depending on assignment)

Job Responsibilities
As a Security Guard at Armour, you will:
Patrol assigned job sites and ensure the safety of personnel, property, and assets.
Identify, monitor, and report security risks or suspicious activity.
Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
Complete and submit detailed daily activity and incident reports through our E-Armour Software App.
Use the E-Armour patrol system to scan checkpoints and maintain accurate site logs.
Demonstrate knowledge of the Criminal Code of Canada and Provincial Statutes.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional image at all times.
Requirements
Valid Ontario Security Guard License (Ministry-approved)
Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
Basic computer and smartphone skills
Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow procedures and exercise sound judgment in various situations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in private security, loss prevention, or event security
Knowledge of emergency response procedures and safety regulations
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
