The role oversees daily construction site activities, manages contractor schedules, ensures safety compliance, and coordinates with project managers and subcontractors. Responsibilities include quality control, project documentation, and resolving on-site issues to ensure timely project completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction site activities and supervise on-site operations.

• Maintain project documentation and resolve on-site issues to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in site supervision, project management, and construction
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes
• Skills in scheduling and coordinating with various contractors and subcontractors
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Relevant certifications or training in construction management is a plus
• Experience in residential and commercial remodeling projects
