JOB STATEMENT:

As the Onboarding, Operations and Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in licensing, contracting, and onboarding for New Win Succession Inc., its Joint Venture partnerships, and acquired books of business. As the key customer service representative, you will also provide essential backup support for the Office Administrator during high-volume periods and vacations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative support throughout the due diligence and acquisition process
  • Lead the onboarding process for new books of business and partnerships
  • Obtain licensing in home province of entity and in additional provinces as necessary
  • Obtain and manage Errors and Omissions insurance
  • Coordinate carrier contracting as required
  • Complete and submit transfer forms, follow up with carriers, and reconcile acquired books
  • Input new books into the Atoms CRM system
  • Conduct ongoing maintenance and updates of all the above activities
  • Provide backup for the Office Administrator during higher volume periods and vacation
  • Support general operations and customer service functions for the house book of business
  • Take on all customer service responsibilities
  • Provide support for advisors with customer related issues
  • Call and manage orphan blocks of business


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years’ experience in the life insurance industry in an operations or sales support role
  • Life insurance license is an asset
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in industry tools like Apexa
  • Experience with bookkeeping is an asset
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively
