Position Overview: As the cornerstone that holds our studio together, the Operations Manager at ThinkL Studio plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our operations. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented achiever in all things operations, confident in maintaining and improving our production management systems. Passionate about quality assurance and the overall client experience, you will be a professional who loves leading people, with some light financial and HR management responsibilities.

This role requires an individual who knows the difference between when to get their hands dirty and dive into the details, and when to step back to focus on the bigger picture. You will enjoy the work we do and the people we get to work with, while also helping us collectively achieve our annual goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in putting into place our operational processes and procedures, with an ever-present desire to improve and optimize what’s been developed so far.

Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying new projects and opportunities as our brand continues to grow into new and exciting areas. An essential aspect of this role is being open to listening to the team, encouraging feedback and input from other team members, and effectively summarizing and implementing improvements to enhance company processes. If you’re ready to make a significant impact and be an integral part of our journey, we want to hear from you Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, economics or a combination of relevant education and 5 years of work and people management experience • Proven experience in a similar operations management role, preferably within the design or construction industry. • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. • An organizational enthusiast with outstanding prioritization skills, adept at meeting deadlines successfully. • A fast learner who employs strong listening skills and critical thinking abilities. • Proficiency in project management software and tools. • Self-motivated and energetic • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively. • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements Lower-Mainland based Must be legally allowed to work in Canada Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience. ($85,000 – $110,000) Health insurance, health spending accounts, and other benefits packages are also included.
