You’ll coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, experiment with modern tools, and turn improvements into <b>simple, documented systems</b> that save time and reduce errors.<br><br>This role reports to leadership and partners closely across teams.<br><br><b>What you’ll do</b><ul><li>Lead priority ops projects end-to-end: plan, track, unblock, and land deliverables.</li><li><b>Shadow teams</b> to learn workflows, surface root-cause issues, and propose pragmatic fixes.</li><li>Identify, test, and implement <b>AI/automation</b> (e.g. Replit, Zapier, Power Automate, AppSheet, GPT/LLMs, etc.) for time savings.</li><li>Manage external <span >contractors/resources</span>; <b>influence</b> internal stakeholders to hit milestones.</li><li>Create concise <b>SOPs, checklists, and short Looms</b> so improvements stick.</li><li>Report weekly on progress, impact, and next steps.</li></ul><b>What you bring</b><ul><li>3–5 years in project management, operations, or process improvement (industry-agnostic).</li><li>Strong self-learner with hands-on curiosity for automation/AI tools.</li><li>Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-through; comfortable influencing without authority.</li><li>Bias to simplify, automate first, delegate second.</li></ul><br /><b>Your first 90 days (outcomes)</b><ul><li>Deliver <b>20+ hours/month</b> of time savings across the team (≥ <b>10 hours</b> from management tasks).</li><li>Complete <b>2–3 backlog projects</b> to production use with measurable outcomes.</li><li>Present a <b>6–12 month roadmap</b> of operational priorities and automation opportunities.</li><li>Stand up a lightweight <b>project reporting framework</b> (progress, ROI, blockers).</li><li>Document <b>3–4 AI tools tested</b> with fit assessments.</li></ul><p>Powered by JazzHR</p><p>qrqECVwpLm</p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
