Job Responsibilities: 

• Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations of the optical lab, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards. 
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. 
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure all products meet our high standards. 
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering, and supply chain to support production needs. 
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of lab equipment to optimize performance and minimize downtime. 
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. 

Qualifications: 

• Optician License or relative experience 
• Proven experience in optical lab management or a related field. 
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. 
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. 
• Knowledge of optical manufacturing processes and equipment. 
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
