The role involves working closely with HR and business stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy performance management systems aligned with organizational objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in Oracle Performance Management implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand performance management goals and translate them into effective Oracle solutions.
