ZTR is headquartered in London, Ontario, and is an onsite position at our headquarters. This position is a 6 month contract.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Process customer orders; including screening all orders for accuracy and price discrepancies, sending order confirmation and communicating changes to the customer
• Process RMAs (Returned Material Authorization)
  
• Promptly respond to customer concerns and issues and follow through to resolution
  
• Support development of processes and assigned strategic initiatives that improve effectiveness and efficiency of the organization
• Support activities with the sales team to provide excellent customer service to new existing business
  
  

Who you are:

• 
  1+ year of experience related to Customer Service or Customer Care
• A related post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Excellent customer service, and business communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and time constraints
• Experience with ERP Systems is an asset
