Responsibilities:


  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, product knowledge, competitive landscape and technical developments for business growth opportunities
  • Identify and develop a list of dentists as potential customers, utilizing selling skills to generate new business and cultivate sales growth among new customers
  • Utilize marketing materials and campaigns to build awareness sales potential
  • Strategically develop and manage territory to effectively handle all new and existing customers, while retaining and growing new and existing customer base
  • Call on dental office locations within territory, present solutions and communicate features and benefits of our products in order to grow market share
  • Execute strategic and operational objectives
  • Ensure operational activities and goals are achieved, within a designated timeframe and budget
  • Evaluate and communicate back to management market trends of our products in relation to customers’ needs
  • Achieve financial performance and revenue growth goals while supporting our company values and mission
  • All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required


Qualifications:

  • Degree in operations management, business administration, or dental related sales/marketing dental field experience
  • 2+ years’ proven experience in an operations management position, budget development and oversight skills
  • Excellent ability to communicate both written/oral -high competency in customer service and solution mindset
  • Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
  • Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Dental profession experience a plus
