This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about social media trends, content creation, and digital branding to make a significant impact within our organization.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for social media content.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to increase organic reach and visibility.</li><li>Manage scheduling and posting of content using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging.</li><li>Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, respond promptly to inquiries, and engage with followers to foster community growth.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform-specific insights; prepare reports to inform future strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with the e-commerce team to promote products through targeted social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Ads.</li><li>Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.</li><li>Create high-quality social media content (photos, videos, reels, stories, TikToks, etc.) aligned with Pizza Quest branding.</li><li>Plan, schedule, and publish posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business).</li><li>Engage with our online community: respond to comments, messages, reviews, and customer interactions.</li><li>Assist with promotional campaigns, contests, seasonal offers, and community events.</li><li>Capture in-store content, behind-the-scenes footage, staff spotlights, and new product features.</li><li>Analyze basic performance metrics and provide insights or suggestions.</li><li>Maintain brand consistency and uphold Pizza Quest's reputation.</li><li>Complete general marketing support tasks as needed.</li></ul><p>Experience</p><ul><li>Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.</li><li>Strong skills in graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.</li><li>Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research tools, and digital marketing strategies.</li><li>Experience using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for content management.</li><li>Knowledge of Facebook Advertising and other paid social media advertising platforms.</li><li>Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in content creation.</li><li>Prior experience in e-commerce environments is a plus but not required.
