Job Description

<p>Reporting to the Service Manager, the <b>Parts Clerk & Sales Support</b> is responsible for parts management and warehouse operations. This role also supports the sales team by coordinating order fulfillment, communicating order status, and assisting customers with inquiries about parts availability, lead times, and logistics.</p><p><br></p><p>He/She also acts as an advisor to customers on all compressor parts and components, and must provide exceptional customer service to ensure a high level of satisfaction for ReapAir Compressor Services clients.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Role and responsibilities :</b></p><ul><li>Receive and ship merchandise;</li><li>Prepare orders for shipment;</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries (in person, by phone or e-mail);</li><li>Manage the parts department e-mail inbox;</li><li>Prepare quotations for customers;</li><li>Enter customer orders into system;</li><li>Keep warehouse clean and safe;</li><li>Organize and coordinate transport of goods;</li><li>Prepare parts bins for service technicians;</li><li>Help control inventory and participate in annual counts;</li><li>Move stock into inventory, as required;</li><li>Any other related tasks contributing to the smooth running of warehouse operations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Skills and aptitudes :</b></p><ul><li>Good physical condition (able to lift loads daily);</li><li>Good management of priorities;</li><li>Positive attitude;</li><li>Good communication skills (oral and written)</li><li>Good organizational skills;</li><li>Good team spirit;</li><li>Customer satisfaction at heart.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Requirements :</b></p><ul><li>2 years experience in the same or similar position;</li><li>Experience or fluency in forklift operation;</li><li>Computer literate (up to 75% of work is done on computer);</li><li>Knowledge of pneumatic mechanics (an asset);</li><li>Knowledge of Prophet21 software (an asset).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Why work at ReapAir Compressor Services ?</b></p><ul><li>Be part of a dynamic and growing team</li><li>A bonus program for all employees</li><li>Work in an environment where health and safety is a priority</li><li>Values of teamwork, respect, transparency and customer satisfaction</li><li>Group insurance including life and disability insurance, 60% paid by the employer</li><li>A RRSP program with employer match of up to 3% of base salary</li><li>A unique employee share ownership program (no investment required)</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Please note that only successful candidates will be contacted.
